Le Refuge Salin is a cozy house of about 45 m², just 300 m from the train station, 400 m from shops, 500 m from the center of Batz-sur-Mer, and 950 m from St Michel beach. Access is easy, with outdoor parking available on the property or in the enclosed courtyard. Enjoy meals outside and take in beautiful sunsets over the church tower. On the ground floor, enter through the small courtyard into a fully equipped living area with kitchen and separate WC. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, storage space, a music corner, and the option of an extra bed for a third guest in the same room. Beds are either doubles (90x200) or a king (180x200). Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, available for an extra fee. Amenities include oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, and more. A shared room is accessible for laundry. The owners live nearby, but you will have complete independence, and late arrival is possible thanks to a key safe. A regional train connects Le Croisic or St Nazaire via Le Pouliguen, La Baule, and Pornichet. Batz-sur-Mer offers salt marshes, a windmill, beaches and coves, a wild coastline and coastal paths, culinary specialties, and Breton roots. Festivals, night markets, and events enliven the season. Whether by bike, on foot, by train, car, or bus, summer here is perfect! For photography, walks, relaxation, wild beaches, sailing, tennis, golf, and shopping, everything is close at hand.
